Injection Therapy

Cortisone and Lidocaine injections for plantar fasciitis, neuroma, and certain cyst lesions are provided at Podera Health.

Injection therapy is a common and effective treatment option for various foot and ankle conditions, especially when conservative methods like rest, physical therapy, or medications have not provided adequate relief. This minimally invasive approach delivers medication directly to the affected area to reduce pain, inflammation, or stimulate healing.
